I just found out that a girl named Aqua stole your header. Her site is http://www.aqua-graphics.de.gg and it's a german site. She put her copyright to your main-header (look at this picture: http://www.myimg.de/?img=sigi39f84b.png) and told her visitors it was a selfmade signature.
