The “Hanna Montana” starlet was out and about in Los Angeles along with her mother Leticia, along with brother Braison and sister Noah. Rumors have been circuating that Miley has a vocal cord nodule caused by straining of the voice.

However, Miley fans have nothing to worry about; the report is “not true at all,” a rep for the tween queen told Access Hollywood.

Miley will continue to showcase her pipes and her acting prowess in the title role of Disney’s “Hannah Montana,” which will return with a new season and a feature film out on April 10.

MTV blogged about Miley, who was at a Disney press conference recently and while on stage, the curtains pulled back to reveal a 25-piece orchestra, and Cyrus unveiled a new song from the upcoming Hannah Montana movie. As she belted out the tune live, a huge screen showed never-before-seen clips from the movie that had her swinging from a rope in front of a waterfall, feeding chickens on a ranch, falling off a horse and dodging a runaway ostrich and exploding birthday cake.

Lyrics: "I can almost see it/ That dream I'm dreaming/ But there's a voice inside saying, 'You'll never make it,' " she sang before hitting the song's uplifting chorus. "There's always gonna be another mountain/ I'm always gonna want to make it move/ There's always gonna be an uphill battle/ Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose."
