Whenever something does good you can bet there is someone out there wanting a piece of the action. Disney is being sued over Hannah Montana. A comedy writer is claiming that he wrote Hannah Montana in 2001 and now wants to be compensated.

Miley Cyrus / Hannah Montana tour has out sold all events in the country beating out your parents favorite band Van Halen which took number two behind Miley.

On another note, Miley gets $300 per month as her allowance reports the Knoxville News Sentinal.

Billy Ray Cyrus (Miley's dad) said in a recent interview that the Hannah Montana movie may be shot in Nashville, Tennessee.

"I'll probably get in trouble for saying this, but they're looking at the state of Tennessee to do the feature for Hannah Montana," he said. "They're talking about coming to Nashville and bringing in some of our friends and people that's been on the show and some other people around town to come out and be a part of the feature. If that happens, I'm going to love it, 'cause I'll get to come here and hang out for a little while."

Hannah Montana dolls are now available at most retail outlets. Disney and JAKKS Pacific Inc., released the doll and Cheetah Girls dolls this week.

We were able to get a sneak peek at the new episode of Hannah Montana with the Jonas Brothers.

The episode had Hannah competing for attention from her dad against the Jonas Brothers. In this episode Miley dresses up as boys and tries to trick the Jonas Brothers.
