I thought this was pretty funny.  We all know how crazy Miley can be, and we love her for it!  Miley said in an interview with Top of The Pops magazine:

"I can't be quiet and cute for boys.  I have to be a bit crazy.  I'm too much to handle right now."

After being pushed out of the #1 spot on Z100 by Jonas Brothers "Burning Up", it has reclaimed it's spot!  Great Jobs! 

But keep requesting it on the radio and BUY IT ON iTUNES! It is at the #6 spot!  That's not cool!
