So leave it the media to make a big thing out of someone forgetting something. Miley and her dad was seen in the "Best of Both Worlds" 3D movie getting in their car and not buckling their seatbelt. They issued an apology, and said they simply forgot not to. It just seems like the media can forget that celebrities are human too, and just come down on them for not using their seatbelts. Get over it. Read the follow up article on ABC News.

It's like the Cyrus's get slammed for everything they do, I forget my seatbelt all the time, I agree she's like a big role model for little kid's, and even for me, (age 13.) but I doubt that ANY kids noticed she wasn't wearing a seat belt. I was more focused on what they were talking about when I saw the 3D movie, I most certainly wasn't focused on whether they were wearing seatbelts or not. Making a big deal out of it, was just hurting Miley's squeaky clean reputation and bothering her and her father. They're busy people, freakin' leave them alone. I'm so glad, Miley&her dad don't let stupid things like this bring them down. They just apologize and carry on.

When your famous everything is maginified, it comes with the job, she needs to be concious of little kids that look up to her and what's she's doing, especially if it's being filmed!! hate her
