Miley has done it again, except this time "See You Again" was #1 on two french canadian radio shows.
including beating out Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love" and Jordin Sparks' duet with Chris Brown "No Air", she also beat out Jonas Brothers' "When You Look Me In The Eyes" and One Republic's "Stop And Stare".
