its only a little bit of the beat in the beginning
but who cares? honestly there is a TON of copying done in music!
take rap for instance, a lot of the sayings are used with different rap artists there and some of the same beats. so just whatever Lustra.

wow. they sound nothing alike. the only thing remotely similar is the beat in the beginning. but thats it. the lyrics are not the same at all. these people need to get over itt.

Only the beginning tag is a copy, but this is not the first time it happens. Remember the infamous introduction to an Oasis song, taken from Lennon's "Imagine".
Plus, Miley Cyrus did not write neither the music nor the lyrics of that song. It appears in CD 1 of her album, she only wrote songs for CD 2.

scotty doesnt know sounds completely different from rockstar except for just a few seconds of electric guitar maybe. miley didnt write the song for "hannah", some songwriters did, so why should they blame her? and they know her name is miley, right? and jonas brothers write their own songs otherwise they actually would credit them. I can't believe they would accuse the jonas of this 2 when they're not actually involved in this.

In the very beginning the notes sound alike but after that it is totally different. Those people are just trying to stir up more trouble for Miley. Anyway i like rockstar a million times better.

sure, they sound simillar in the begining but,
Lustra is a great band and shouldn't have stooped at low as to take a show at a 15 year old girl who didn't even write the song.

Miley definately stole the song. Who cares if she didn't write it, she still sang it. Just because she's 15 year old girl, everyone suddenly thinks she is so innocent. Lustra had the song way before Miley did, so it's a done deal. It's Lustra's song. Miley stole it. The beginning is different but after that, it is VERY similar. Miley just a little schizophrenic little 15 year old girl singing dumb songs for Disney Channel. You guys just don't want to believe she stole it because you love her so much and you're a huge fan.
