Taking time away from her hectic singing and acting gigs, Miley Cyrus was spotted spending some quality time with her mother Tish in Sherman Oaks, California.The “Hannah Montana” babe looked cute in a grey and white horizontally-striped summer dress teamed with a pair of sneakers and some fresh hair extensions as she and her mom made their way through the Westfield Mall, stopping for a frozen treat at Yogurtree.
