People has an article about Miley celebrating her birthday at the American Music Awards this sunday:

"In fact, a source working on the production tells PEOPLE that Julianne Hough and Taylor Swift are actually planning a Sweet 16 birthday surprise for Cyrus on the show.

Jimmy Kimmel, who will host the AMAs, may also have something up his sleeve for Cyrus. Asked if anyone should worry about being heckled at the show, he mused: "It's Miley Cyrus's birthday that night. I think the New Kids on the Block will be there. [But] it's not like I'm gunning for anyone in particular."
