I definitely think it could have been a date. But I don't know she is dressed kind of casually for a date. But either way she looks really cute. I love her shoes and her hair looks amazing. But then again when doesn't her hair look amazing?

And one other thing, earlier in the month it was posted on here about the chance to win tickets to Miley Birthday Party on KIIS FM. I actually entered that contest and I am now one of the finalists.
