Mandy Jiroux, Miley's bff, and her girl group The BeachGirl5 uploaded a video to Miley World asking you to vote from them to perform in the Wango Tango.  How supportive of Miley!

Last year Miley and Mandy performed at the Wango Tango.  Miley was singing and Mandy was dancing!
