Last week, Miley Cyrus shocked the internet with her announcement that she was quitting Twitter for good. To explain her decision, she made this video in which she raps about why she signed off. Tonight, we bring you an exclusive first look at Billy Ray Cyrus' response to his daughter's video. Instead of rapping about quitting Twitter, Billy Ray raps about how he's staying on Twitter.
