International pop star Miley Ray Cyrus has come to the defense of Britney Jean Spears and Lindsay Lohan, insisting it's 'normal' for young stars to run wild [Which is pretty much the truth]. Miley declared: 'Everyone has their time. And I think most 21 to 25 year olds go through this kind of thing.

Basically, they're being normal 21 year olds, especially Lindsay. I mean, most of that's pretty normal. If you went to most high schools, I could point out Britneys and Lindsays. I guess that's why I'm so adamant about the Britneys and Lindsays and whatever, because I know those people and I know they have good hearts and they're just struggling.'

Canada is searching for their very own version of Miley Cyrus!  The Instant Star is a soon-to-come summer reality show that will come to YTV--a Canadien kid's cable channel--on July 18th.  Competitors ages 15 and under will compete for a record contract with Universal Music Canada.
