Although Tokio Hotel fans are beyond fanatical, and since online voting is determining BNA, they might actually be the favorites here. Taylor Swift is legitimately talented, but hey, don't hold it against her, voters!

Miley had a quick lunch break with mom, Tish at Cafe Metro in New York City!  She also had a rehearsal for the 'Just Stand Up' To Cancer concert this morning.  Miley along with the other singers of 'Just Stand Up' will perform the song tomorow (Friday) and it will air on NBC, CBS and ABC at 8/7c.    Click here the pictures!
