"Given the recent commotion over Lustra's fans discovery of Miley Cyrus' alleged borrowing of their music, Lustra would like to invite Ms. Cyrus to join them on stage at the Viper Room, Thursday, May 29, 2008. Lustra would play their song "Scotty Doesn't Know", following by Ms. Cyrus' "Rockstar", and then let their fans decide.

Another way to rectify this is to have Lustra appear on Hannah Montana as themselves and Hannah could open for the band in a show. Lustra could appear on the show as Hannah's musical influence. 'We could share even more of our songs with Ms. Cyrus, just as long as we get credit for it, which is what we have wanted all along.'"
